Admission Procedure & Payment of Fee

  ENTRANCE TESTS

The school may carry out a formal/informal assessment of the student in order to decide on appropriate learning or behavioural support. The school may also require further educational or psychological evaluations if there a need is felt for further information to support individual students.

Admission is based on the ability of applicants. This is evaluated through an assessment process which involves written evaluation and reports from the previous school.

Time and venue of the entrance test is communicated to the applicants.

At the time of registration, the following documents along with registration fee should be submitted to the Front desk of administrative section.

Filled in form should be submitted to the office along with

(1) Latest coloured passport size photograph of the student.

(2) Photograph of the parent with the child in [5cm x 3.5cm]

(3) Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested).

(4) Original Medical certificate of the student.

(5) Photocopy of the result of the previous class (attested).

(6) In case the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated

(7) Address Proof:-Pan card/Driving license/Electricity Bill

(8) Aadhar card of the parents and child

( 9) Bank details of the child

* A basic admission test will be conducted on the specified date for eligibility of that particular class. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview, both parents are required to be present at the time of the interview.

* Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents.

TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.

Outstation children must get their TC countersigned by DEO (District Educational Schools Board of

 Fee Break-up Amount

  • Annual Charges will be collected at the beginning of the academic session.

  • All payments (tuition fee & transport fee) of new admissions, as well as existing students, may be deposited

  • All payments will be collected only by the accounts department. The last date for fees collection will be the10th of every month.

  • In case of bounced cheque, a cheque return charges of Rs.300/- & late fee will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.

  • Parents will be informed in time about the fee collection procedure.

  • Please don’t send any type of fee by School Bus Drivers/conductors.

 Rules Regarding Issue of School Leaving Certificate & Refund of Caution Fee Deposit   of Students.

  • Blank application forms for School Leaving certificate & Caution fee refund are available at the school’s reception. 15 working days will be required to process an application for school leaving certificate/refund of caution fee deposit.

  • School leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared for the quarter during which school leaving certificate is being issued.

  • In case of non- payment of dues, same will be adjusted from the caution fee deposit.

  • Only caution fee deposits are refundable once the admission is taken in the school

  • Admissions granted in the middle of the session will have to pay the tuition fee & Transport fee from the beginning of the session.

  • It is mandatory to pay the tuition fee/transport fee after the academic session has started even though the student has not reported for the new session / has not applied for the school leaving certificate and refund of caution fee deposit with the school.

  • Annual charges are payable annually at the beginning of the academic session and it is nonrefundable i.e. any midterm withdrawal of student requires full payment of annual charges.

  • Any fee paid for a student is not adjustable with other students.

  • Any dispute is subjected to Management Jurisdiction only.

School Transport Rules

  • School bus routes are drawn up based on convenience and demand while ensuring that no route is too long. Parents should consult the School’s transport in-charge for necessary details. Students are not allowed to sit in parked buses during school hours.

  • A student using the School bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.

  • Students have issued two identity cards (Student’s I-card and parent’s I card i.e. the student I card should be worn by the student before boarding the bus and be worn at all time still the completion of the return journey. The student will be handed over only to the parents at the given bus stop and in the absence of parents, the authorized person should carry parents I card on the basis of which the student will be handed over.

  • Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop. No change will be allowed without prior permission of the school in writing.

  • Buses will not wait for late-comers

  • If a student misses her / his allotted bus, he/she should not try to board any other bus. It is the responsibility of parents to drop their wards to the school. Such students may, however, return by their allotted bus.

  • All students must occupy the seats immediately after boarding their respective buses. The reservation of seats for co-commuters is not allowed under any circumstances.

  • No student should travel standing on the footboard.

  • Students must not move around when the buses in motion.

  • Consumption of edibles and drinks is not permitted on the bus.

       Post Admission Policy

  • A new student is allotted the section on the day of admission. The timetable is handed over to him/her by the Class Teacher.

  • Parents need to inform the School of the joining date of their ward. This is mandatory because Staff needs to be informed to expect a new student on a particular day and need to make preparations accordingly.

  • Teachers assist new students with the syllabi covered in the class till date.

  • Parents can contact the school admission counsellor in case of any further query.

  Review And Implementation Of Admission policy 

  • Principal, Coordinators and Heads of Departments to review the Admission Criteria in consultation with subject teachers once in two years.

  • All school policies are communicated to the teachers, students and parents through regular communication and are uploaded on the school website.
